Hepatoprotective Therapy for Disease and Diabetes

Abstract

Our work is devoted to the treatment of non-alcoholic fatty liver disease as a complication in patients with complex cardiovascular pathology and type 2 diabetes mellitus. The data of the study of the effect of the drug Hepa-Merz® on the functional state of the liver, endothelium, rheological properties of blood, the state of capillary blood fl ow, markers of endotoxicosis and clinical state in this category of patients are presented. The results obtained confi rm the possibility of using the drug Hepa-Merz® for liver functional disorders in patients with cardiovascular diseases and complex type 2 diabetes mellitus.
